Eco-Investigations

    Eco-Investigations provide opportunities for families to
    investigate the natural beauty of the California Bay Area.
    Diving, Waddling, Dabbling,
    and Flying at Arrowhead Marsh

    When: Saturday, May 15th

    From: 12:30 p.m. - 3:00 pm

    Martin Luther King Regional Shoreline:
    Hidden next to the Oakland Airport is Arrowhead
    Marsh, an important stop over on the Pacific
    Flyway.  We will observe lots of different birds who
    make this marsh their home and investigate bird
    adaptations.
    And perhaps get a glimpse of the endangered
    Clapper Rails who make this area their home.

    FEES:
    $10 for one child. $7  for each additional child.
    Adults without children $12.
    Maximum 3 children per adult.

    Activities open to children aged 6 to 10.  
    Children need to be accompanied by an adult.

    Meditation Classes

    Meditation classes are offered to
    groups on a one time or ongoing
    basis.  These classes are offered for  
    families, children, or youth groups.  
    Meditation is offered in ways that are
    playful and that bring joy and peace.
